Hi all!

I am just got my WRX 2016 CVT version recently. Switched over from FD1m.

There are quite a few items on subispeed and I have just ordered the Mishimoto air intake. Planning an install soon.

Here are some pictures to share.

I ordered in March 2016, lowest COE at 38k.

I got the STI package so came with all the lips and skirts. So far, only aesthetic mods.

Thanks bro!.

Just went for my 5k servicing yesterday. Topped up with Torco 5w40. Though first few oil change is free but their Shell EO really cannot make it.

Anyone else here with this ride? Post some pics too!

Wa!!!  t1mtam bro,

The mud flaps came with your package?  Nice man.

I wanted to get the mud flaps from USA but don't feel it is worth it.  Ex man.

Hi Bro, I got the Rokbloz from SubiSpeed. Kinda useless here but thought it gives it a little rally look... Lol.

Waiting on on approved exhaust now. Our ride is a little too quiet for my liking.

I got a feeling there will not be any approve exhaust for VA. I was told in order for the agent bring in an exhaust for approval, they need at least 20 sets to make economic sense.

Oh well, then lets hope more people buy this ride but then again, the COE has gone up and MM seems to have priced itself out.

Wonder why the legacy WRX drivers not coming on board with this.

BTW, anyone changing intake for your ride? I note the EJ engine requires a tune. Not sure if our FA20 DIT engine can get away without one.

@t1mtam i think you can definitely 'get away' with installing an intake without a tune, however, the performance hit might be quite substantial. still best to go for an ECU tune first, most bang for your buck mod, especially on the turbo models.

Really? The performance hit as in it will degrade or it will not have the full potential of the intake?

Oh nice to see the new WRX/STI owner here.

i booked a CVT end of March, but the 2016 version booking was closed so I was booked a 2017.

The car has been here for five weeks but I can't collect it because it is still under going LTA homologation......

just scrapped my 2006 Legacy 2.0R yesterday, now carless....

I bought some accessories from subispeed when I was in USA two months ago, regret that I didn't get mudflap.

Guys if you can nego for the STI package with full body kit. Coz MI do not sell them alacarte. You will be better off buying from USA or japanparts website but the problem is shipping.. Big item so shipping cost is ex and not worth.

t1mtam, if you mod the airflow I suggest you get a tune. You don't wanna mess with your air fuel ratio and risk detonation.

As for me, 268bhp is good enough la.. Only prefer aesthetic mod and hopefully a louder exhaust
