MI Warranty Expiring.

5 posts in this topic

Hi everyone,

My 3-year MI warranty is expiring in 3 months time.

I'm thinking of sending in my car to a friendly Subaru specialist workshop to do an inspection to see if any parts need replacement so that I can change out those parts before my MI warranty expires.

Appreciate any recommendations!

Cheers.

wear and tear parts doesn't cover by warranty.

MI only cover warranty for engine, gearbox or any parts that is defective

Yup I know wear and tear parts are typically not covered by warranty.

Hoping to go to a workshop and see if the engine mounts, gearbox mounts, suspensions are failing ahead of my warranty expiring. Basically swap these out at MI before the warranty runs out.

nope. mounting and bushing is wear and tear item. but no harm asking them if they can do exceptional replacement for you
